　若年性子宮頸癌が増加するなか，妊孕性温存を希望する早期子宮頸癌患者が増えており，妊娠に必要な子宮体部を温存する広汎子宮頸部摘出術の需要は高まってきている．その術式および問題点を，国内外の報告をもとに自施設でのデータも加え，検討する．
