1．早産のリスク因子

　妊婦のもつ早産リスクをスクリーニングすることは，早産予防戦略として有効で，妊婦管理に役立つと考えられる．

　しかし，早産の原因はmulti-factorialで，1つだけの原因に限局することはできず，疫学調査の結果として見出されたリスク因子を知っても残念ながら早産症例の半数程度しか特定できない^1）．しかし，リスク因子として知られる患者背景や臨床的徴候を把握することは臨床診療の幅を広げ，早産に至る病的メカニズムを考える際に役立つと考えられる．
