5．早産と絨毛膜羊膜炎

　早産や早産期前期破水の多くに関与する絨毛膜羊膜炎は，妊娠期間の短縮と子宮内炎症への曝露を通じて，児の長期予後に多大な影響を及ぼす．本稿では，産婦人科診療ガイドライン－産科編2011^1）の「CQ303切迫早産の取り扱いは？」と「CQ304前期破水の取り扱いは？」の該当箇所（引用部分に下線）を参照しながら，早産と絨毛膜羊膜炎についての知見を整理した．
