2．抗菌薬の選択

　切迫早産の管理は大きく変化しようとしている．頸管長観察による早産予知に始まり，細菌性腟症など感染症の関与が注目され，従来の子宮収縮抑制を中心とした管理から，頸管縫縮術，抗菌薬投与，腟内洗浄治療，プロゲステロン療法など病態に応じた治療が選択されるようになってきた．

　本稿では，最も関心を集める感染症を取り上げ，早産との関連を解説し，抗菌薬の選択や使用方法を最新のエビデンスに基づき述べる．
