癌性腹膜炎が疑われた結核性腹膜炎の1例

症　例

■患者　30歳代女性，未婚，0妊0産．

■主訴　4か月前からの腹痛．

■既往歴　10歳時，虫垂切除術．

■現病歴

　持続する腹痛を主訴に近医消化器内科を受診した．消化管精査にて異常を認めなかった．クラミジア抗体が陽性であったため抗菌薬治療を受けたが，下腹部痛は軽快しなかった．超音波断層法にて腹水貯留を認めたため，腹部・骨盤CTおよびMRIを施行した．画像所見から卵巣癌，癌性腹膜炎を疑われ，当科紹介となった．
