6．高血圧

文献概要

　欧米において，虚血性心疾患は死因の第一位を占めている．わが国でも，社会の高齢化と生活習慣の欧米化に伴い虚血性心疾患が増加している．日本人における虚血性心疾患の第一の危険因子は高血圧であり，血圧のコントロールは虚血性心疾患の一次および二次予防に大きく貢献する．まず行うべきは生活習慣の改善指導であり，これのみで不十分な場合に薬物治療を考慮すべきである．高血圧患者の場合，ほかの臓器障害も合併していることがある．したがって，個々の患者状態に応じた薬剤選択および容量設定が必要である．
