はじめに
血管内皮機能から病態を考えると,生活習慣病からくる動脈硬化性疾患への連動が先進諸国の寿命に関係していることは一般に周知されている.実際には種々の危険因子が多彩な生理機能を有する血管内皮細胞の機能を低下させ,さらには器質化させて動脈硬化を進展させることになる.妊娠中はインスリン抵抗性に類似した内分泌,代謝系を示すこと,さらに危険因子の存在下で血管内皮機能障害から妊娠高血圧症候群を発生する過程が明らかになりつつある.本稿では妊婦中の栄養管理について血管内皮機能の変化を考慮して解説する.
