1．再発卵巣癌の手術療法

　進行卵巣癌（III期，IV期）では，2年以内にはおよそ55％が，5年以内にはおよそ70％以上が再発するとされている^1）．また再発例の半数は初回治療後約1年で認められ，1／4は半年以内に認められる．再発後の生存期間の中央値はおよそ2年であり，再発卵巣癌に対する化学療法の奏効期間は初回化学療法の奏効期間を超えることはない．一方，再発卵巣癌に対しての手術療法secondary cytoreductive surgery（SDS）は後方視的検討により報告されているが，その適格基準はまだ明確でない．本稿ではSDSに関する主な報告を紹介し，現時点でのSDSに関する問題点を述べる．
