6．子宮奇形

　子宮奇形が流早産，不育症と関連することは古くから知られており，それを裏付けるエビデンスも数多く提示されているが，不妊と子宮奇形の関係はいまだに明らかになっていない．しかし，もし子宮奇形が不妊の原因になるなら，それは取り除かれなければならない．本稿では，不妊と子宮奇形の関係について主に文献的な考察を行い，ART前にできることがあればそれを明らかにしてみたい．
