●抗リン脂質抗体陽性不育症に対する柴苓湯の投与は，病態改善に有利に作用する．また，抗血小板作用のある低用量アスピリンを併用することでより合理的な処方となる．

●柴苓湯の副作用，および副腎皮質ステロイドホルモンを使用する場合はその副作用にも注意する．
