1．鎮痛薬

●COX阻害薬であるNSAIDsは子宮内膜症の疼痛管理に有用で，特にCOX-2へ選択性の高い薬剤が注目される．

●子宮内膜症の進展にCOX-2およびその代謝産物が関与する可能性が示唆されている．

●LT代謝産物は，子宮内膜症の疼痛と進展に関与する可能性があるが，LT阻害薬やLT受容体阻害薬の有用性について十分なエビデンスはない．
