1．EP製剤（LEP）

●LEPはNSAIDsと並んで，子宮内膜症に伴う月経困難症に対する第一選択の薬剤として用いられる．

●思春期の機能性月経困難症は子宮内膜症のリスクファクターであり，将来の進行予防のために，NSAIDs投与で軽快しない場合にはLEP治療を勧める．

●LEP治療後のVTE発症は，多くの場合使用開始後4か月以内にみられる．
