文献概要

●従来は思春期から20代前半の女性にみられる月経困難症のほとんどが機能性であるといわれていたが，近年は若年女性においても子宮内膜症発症率は比較的高いという報告が散見される．

●early～late reproductive ageと比較すると若年者にみられる子宮内膜症はr-AFS分類I～II期の初期病変の割合が高いとされているが，疼痛コントロールが不良な例には早期のホルモン療法の介入が子宮内膜症の重症化予防の一助となり得る．
