今月の臨床 子宮内膜症の薬物療法─薬物特性の理解と個別化治療

新たな治療薬物への展望

●現在の子宮内膜症薬物療法は，主としてエストロゲンの低下または拮抗を目的としたホルモン療法であり，薬剤を中止したときの再発率は高い．

●子宮内膜症の組織炎症反応に対する免疫抑制療法やその増殖に必要とされる血管新生に対する抑制剤などが，新たな治療法として考えられている．

●新たなホルモン療法としては，selective progestogen receptor modulatorsやaromatase inhibitorなどがある．
