2．骨吸収抑制・骨折予防

●エストロゲンは骨吸収を抑制し骨密度を増加させ，高い骨折予防効果をもつ．

●HRTは低用量や経皮吸収剤でも骨密度増加効果がある．

●HRTは骨粗鬆症レベルのみでなく骨量減少レベルの女性にも骨折予防効果がある．

●乳癌，子宮体癌や血栓症に注意しつつ60歳以前に適切に開始すれば，HRTは骨粗鬆症・骨量減少の更年期女性に対して，現在でも有効な骨粗鬆症治療・予防薬である．
