文献概要

●閉経後のエストロゲン濃度の低下により脂質異常症の頻度は上昇し，心血管疾患の発症と関連する．

●経皮あるいは低用量経口エストロゲンはTG上昇によるLDLの小粒子化がないため抗動脈硬化的に作用する．

●MPAはエストロゲンで上昇するHDL-Cを低下させるが天然型プロゲステロンにはその悪影響はない．

●閉経後のエストロゲン濃度低下は糖代謝異常の頻度を上昇させる．

●HRTは糖代謝改善効果があるが，糖代謝異常を有する女性には慎重投与するべきである．
