HRTの有害事象

3．心血管系疾患の増加

文献概要

●健康女性へのHRTによる心筋梗塞の発症リスクは年齢とともに上昇するが，閉経後早期では増加しない．

●HRTは虚血性脳卒中のリスクを増加させるが，50歳代での絶対リスク増加数は少ない．

●HRTは静脈血栓塞栓症を増加させ，その発症は開始後早期（1～2年以内）で特に多い．

●HRTによる心血管系疾患の有害事象発現は，対象者の年齢，体格，基礎疾患，嗜好，素因などに強く影響される．

●心血管系疾患の二次予防の目的でHRTを行うべきではない．
