HRTの禁忌症例と慎重投与症例

●ホルモン補充療法チェックシートを参考に既往歴を問診し，投与前検査でスクリーニングを施行する．

●慎重投与例では合併症の病状を考慮し個別にリスク・ベネフィットの評価を行う．

●低用量化，経皮剤の使用，プロゲスチン製剤の投与法を工夫し，リスク低減を考慮する．
