●栄養療法は，苦しみの少ない充実した最期を迎えるための大切な治療である．

●治療可能な低栄養状態を見逃さず，栄養学的な必要量を投与することが重要である．

●体液貯留は，いわゆるギアチェンジの指標であり，栄養と水分量を減らす時期となる．
