不育症に関する遺伝的要因

●不育症の原因は夫婦染色体異常，子宮奇形，抗リン脂質抗体である．

●胎児染色体異常も51％を占め，真の原因不明は約20％と推定できる．

●均衡型転座保因者に対する着床前診断の自然妊娠に対する優位性は立証されていない．

●双角子宮，中隔子宮に対する手術の有効性は確立されていない．
