文献概要

●不育症の手術適応を決定するにあたっては，必ず網羅的な原因検索がなされたうえでなければならない．

●先天的子宮形態異常の治療法は侵襲的な形成手術であるため，まず子宮鏡下での術式から検討すべきである．

●子宮奇形術者となるためには，Müller管の発生異常について精通していなければならない．

●Müller管の発生奇形では（特に左右差のある場合は），Tarryらの分類が臨床表記上で有用である．
