子宮内膜増殖症，子宮内膜ポリープ

文献概要

◆異型を伴わない子宮内膜増殖症は定期的な経過観察を行う．

◆子宮内膜異型増殖症は高分化型腺癌との鑑別を要し，またそれらの共存に注意する．

◆子宮鏡検査は内膜ポリープの診断に有用な検査である．

◆内膜ポリープに対して子宮鏡下手術での確実な診断および治療を行うことが勧められる．
