文献概要

◆萎縮性腟炎・外陰炎とは中高年女性，特に閉経後の慢性的なエストロゲン欠乏状態にある女性に多く認められる病態・疾患である．

◆更年期障害・病状の評価をすることが望ましい．

◆帯下の異常，外陰の形態異常を認める場合は感染症，内性器も含めた悪性疾患などの除外が重要である．
