文献概要

◆男性不妊の原因は造精機能障害が83％で，その56％が原因不明である．

◆造精機能障害に対する非内分泌療法の有効性は乏しい．

◆低ゴナドトロピン性性腺機能低下症はFSH／hMG療法が著効する．

◆精索静脈瘤に対する手術療法は有効性が高い．

◆男性不妊治療により30％の症例では治療のステップダウンができる可能性がある．
