不育症―（2）染色体異常

◆不育症の原因は，夫婦染色体異常，子宮奇形，抗リン脂質抗体である．

◆胎児染色体異常も51％を占め，真の原因不明は約20％と推定できる．

◆均衡型転座保因者に対する着床前診断の自然妊娠に対する優位性は立証されていない．

◆胚スクリーニングも同様であり，胎児染色体異常による不育症の予後はよい．

◆女性の加齢が最大の危険因子であるため，時間を無駄にさせないことが重要である．
