3．高齢女性への卵巣刺激の工夫

●女性のライフスタイルの変化により挙児を希望する高齢女性が増えている．

●高齢女性の治療に際して，詳細な病歴の聴取と卵巣機能の的確な評価が必要である．

●高齢女性の場合，AMH値が高い場合には低刺激法よりも調節卵巣刺激法の方がよりよい妊娠予後が得られた．

●卵巣機能が比較的良好と判断した場合は，調節卵巣刺激などで採卵数を増やす努力をするべきである．

●サプリメントや漢方薬，カウンセリングを取り入れることで，よりよい効果が得られるとわれわれは考えている．
