低単位hCGが長期間持続したのち自然寛解した1例

症例

患者　46歳，女性．2経妊0経産．

主訴　不正性器出血．

既往歴

　初期人工妊娠中絶（16年前），自然流産（14年前）．

現病歴

　最終月経 : X年10月2日．

　X年11月27日，不正性器出血を主訴として近医を受診．経腟超音波検査で子宮内に84 mm大の子宮内腫瘤を認め，MRI検査を施行し，変性子宮筋腫が疑われた．12月22日，発熱・腹痛があったが，出血とともに組織塊が自然排出され，その後に発熱・腹痛は改善した．12月28日，変性子宮筋腫疑いに対して精査加療を目的に当科へ紹介受診となった．
