1．hCGの種類と測定法の問題点

●hCGにはregular hCGとその変異体が存在し，その総称をtotal hCGという．

●絨毛性疾患の管理においては，total hCGの測定が有用とされている．

●hCG測定には，偽陽性あるいは偽陰性が生じることも知られている．

●hCG検査の結果と臨床所見とが合致しないときは，腫瘍細胞が存在するかしないかの鑑別が重要である．
