1．癒着胎盤の疫学

●癒着胎盤は近年の帝王切開率の上昇によって急速に増加している．

●帝王切開の既往と前置胎盤は癒着胎盤の重要なリスクファクターであり，帝王切開の既往がある前置胎盤症例では癒着胎盤を想定して準備すべきである．

●正確な診断および分類は子宮摘出後の病理学的診断によるため，子宮温存例での癒着胎盤評価は困難である．
