婦人科腫瘍との鑑別が困難であったGISTの2例

要旨

　GISTは胃・小腸における最も頻度の高い間葉系腫瘍である．後方視的な分析により特徴的なMRI所見を呈したGISTの2例を経験したので報告する．2症例はともに，中心部に壊死を伴う充実性腫瘤であり，MRIで「分葉状の形態」「腫瘍を全周性に覆う被膜」といった特徴的な所見を認めていた．GISTを子宮腫瘍・卵巣腫瘍と術前診断した報告は散見されており，画像診断による鑑別は難しいと考えられるが，前述のような所見を認める際はGISTの可能性を念頭に置くべきである．
