7）ヒトパルボウイルスB19

●妊娠20週未満感染例では，妊娠20週以降感染例に比し胎児死亡率が高い．

●感染胎児の1／3が自然寛解する．

●胎児輸血が予後改善に有効である可能性がある．

●寛解した胎児は，非感染児と同等の予後を示すことが多い．

●ヒトのみが宿主となり，動物からは感染しない．
