●妊娠20週未満感染例では,妊娠20週以降感染例に比し胎児死亡率が高い.

●感染胎児の1/3が自然寛解する.

●胎児輸血が予後改善に有効である可能性がある.

●寛解した胎児は,非感染児と同等の予後を示すことが多い.

●ヒトのみが宿主となり,動物からは感染しない.
