11）B群溶連菌

●日本の報告では，早発型GBS感染症は死亡率16％，後遺症6.6％，遅発型GBS感染症は死亡率17％，後遺症22％とされており，重篤な疾患である．

●GBS保菌者に対して，妊娠中，分娩前に抗菌薬を投与し，除菌を行うことは困難である．

●現在は分娩時の抗菌薬投与が推奨されており，ガイドラインに沿った予防法を行う必要がある．

●遅発型GBS感染症の予防は困難であり，ワクチンなど新しい予防戦略が必要である．
