卵巣刺激法

●良質な受精卵・胚を獲得し，かつ患者負担を最小限にするために，個別化した卵巣刺激方法の選択が必要である．

●基本となるGnRH アゴニストやGnRH アンタゴニストを用いた調節卵巣刺激法に加え，低刺激や自然周期法などが，ARTでの卵巣刺激方法として用いられている．

●各薬剤の特性と，患者の年齢・不妊原因や卵巣予備能などの特徴を考慮した，調節卵巣刺激を行うことが重要である．
