文献購入ページに移動●精子凍結保存は,(1)射精と採卵(排卵)の同調を不要とし,(2)時間を要する高度な精子選別,凍結備蓄による精子の量的確保,多面的な機能検査による精子機能異常の種類と頻度の確定を可能とし,(3)精子の準備ができたから採卵するという新たな治療モデルを提唱する.
