●術前化学療法（NAC）は局所進行子宮頸がんの完全摘出率を高める．

●NACによって術後の放射線療法を回避できる可能性がある．

●術前化学療法は，trachelectomyの適応拡大や妊娠合併子宮頸がん治療に有用な可能性がある．
