3．再発子宮頸がんの治療戦略

●照射野内再発は，再発子宮頸がんの中でも特に治療の選択肢が少なく，難治性の病態である．

●手術または放射線治療の可否が，照射野内再発の予後を大きく左右する．

●照射野内再発に対し，手術・放射線治療・化学療法を駆使した集学的治療の確立が望まれる．
