患者

　74歳，2経妊2経産婦．

主訴

　便秘，腹部膨満感．

既往歴

　72歳 : 右人工股関節置換術．

家族歴

　特記事項なし．

現病歴

　便秘，腹部膨満感を主訴に近医内科を受診した．投薬を受けたが症状増悪傾向があり，当院外科を紹介受診した．CTにて巨大骨盤内腫瘍を認め，卵巣癌疑いにて当科へ紹介受診となった．
