2．多胎の超音波検査

●双胎の膜性診断は妊娠初期に行うべきである．

●超音波検査にて描出される卵黄囊数と膜性が一致しない可能性もあるため，胎囊・羊膜・卵黄囊・胎盤・性別を参考に膜性判定を心がける必要がある．

●1絨毛膜1羊膜双胎において，両児が互いに接して観察され，臓器の共有も確認できれば結合体と診断される．

●心臓構造および心拍動が欠如しているにもかかわらず増大傾向を示す無定形物質，もしくは骨構造や血流を示唆する腫瘤像は無心体を示唆する超音波所見である．
