文献概要

●discordant twin : 1絨毛膜性，2絨毛膜性双胎にかかわらず両児の推定児体重差〔discordant rate :（大きい児の体重－小さい児の体重）÷大きい児の体重×100〕が一定以上のものがdiscordant twinである．

●selective IUGR : 1絨毛膜性双胎において一児のみがIUGR（推定児体重が－1.5 SDまたは10％タイル以下）になったものがselective IUGRである．

●双胎間輸血症候群（twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome : TTTS） : 1絨毛膜性双胎において胎盤の吻合血管を介する血流不均衡により，羊水過多／羊水過少などの症状の程度が強いものが双胎間輸血症候群である．
