文献概要

●鉗子・吸引分娩では,母体の産道損傷,児の分娩損傷が自然分娩よりも多い.

●吸引分娩では鉗子分娩と比較して,母体合併症が少なく,新生児合併症はほぼ同等であるが,失敗率が高い.

●母児の合併症は鉗子・吸引分娩の失敗例において成功例よりも高頻度である.

●母児の合併症を避けるには,適応と要約の遵守および適切な手技の習熟が重要である.
