子宮脱評価法の歴史的変遷と今日の評価法

●今日，子宮下垂・脱は婦人科領域の重要な疾患群に含まれ，正しい診断技術と手術手技の習得が必要である．

●国際的な評価法では，Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification（POP-Q）法が普及している．

●子宮脱を含む性器脱および合併することの多い排尿障害は個人差が大きく，治療に際しては合成メッシュを使用する最近の方法とともに，従来の術式に関する再評価など個別化した対応が求められている．
