当直医へのcall

　助産師はどのような問題としてcallすることが多いのか？

◆頭位経腟分娩施行時に児頭娩出後，通常の牽引で肩甲が娩出不能な場合に肩甲難産としてcallされる．

　当直医が診るとき，確認すべき周産期情報は？

◆児頭娩出までの分娩進行はどのようであったか？

◆分娩歴は？　経産婦の場合には，前回分娩はスムーズだったのか？

◆子宮口全開大からの経過時間（分娩第二期）は遷延していないか？

◆turtle signはあるか？〔児頭娩出後，第4回旋が起きず児頭が腟内に引き込まれる（recoil）〕．

◆最終の胎児推定体重は？

◆母体基礎疾患（特に耐糖能異常）は？
