1．子宮体がん発症のリスク因子

●子宮体がんは臨床病理学的にtype Iとtype IIに分類され，type Iの発症にはunopposed estrogenがかかわっている．

●unopposed estrogenと直接的に関与する因子としては，妊娠歴，ホルモン治療歴，排卵障害などが挙げられる．

●肥満などを背景としたインスリン抵抗性はエストロゲンの上昇をもたらし，子宮体がんの発症リスクとなる．
