文献概要

●子宮体がんの一部は遺伝性に発症し,そのリスクが高い症候群や発がんに関与する責任遺伝子が知られている.

●遺伝リスクを適切に評価し,遺伝性素因が疑われる症例には,遺伝子解析も考慮すべきである.

●遺伝性子宮体がんの責任遺伝子や発がん機構の解明は,子宮体がんの発症予防や早期発見に貢献することが期待される.
