1．リスク因子を考慮した卵巣がん予防

●排卵が卵巣がん発生に関連するのではないかという仮説は1971年FathallaがLancetに報告した．

●妊娠・出産および経口避妊薬（OC）による卵巣がん発生予防効果は明らかである．妊娠・出産は自然の卵巣がん発生予防であり，OCは化学的発生予防である．
