文献概要

●過去60年間,脳性麻痺(CP)発生頻度は減少していない.

●CPが減少しない大きな要因はpreterm CPではなく,term CPにある.

●CPがいかなる原因によりいつ傷害を受け発症するのかは依然明らかではない.
