文献概要

●hCGを投与するIVM周期では，回収卵子の成熟状態がさまざまで，成熟卵子が含まれる場合がある．

●採卵数が多い場合に成熟卵子が含まれる可能性が高く，臨床成績が向上する傾向がある．

●hCGを投与するIVM周期では，成熟培養前と成熟培養後の2回，顕微受精する機会がある．
