5．着床前スクリーニング（PGS）

●わが国では，日本産科婦人科学会の見解により，現在PGSを行うことは認められていない．

●FISH法でPGSを行っても，生児獲得率の上昇にはつながらない．array CGH法についてはRCTが進行中である．

●遺伝情報を包括的にスクリーニングすることにより，児の遺伝性疾患だけでなく，一般的な健康状態や健康と関係のない個人の特徴まで，胚移植時の選択の対象となりうる．
