●癌種，組織型，分化度，進行期，年齢，合併症などを勘案したうえで施行を決定する．

●再発子宮体癌，低悪性度子宮内膜間質肉腫，乳癌の既往は禁忌．

●子宮体癌でも，根治の可能性が高いと判断された場合には，十分な説明のうえ行うことができる．
