●女性の年齢と不妊期間を最重要視して検査や治療の方針を立案する．

●2次検査として腹腔鏡検査と子宮鏡検査があることを提案する．

●治療介入する場合は，ゴナドトロピン周期の人工授精，あるいは生殖補助医療が勧められる．
